JUBA - The South Sudan official army spokesperson Col. Philip Aguer Panyang yesterday accused Sudan armed forces SAF of waging war of oil at their borders.   He said that the Khartoum government is planning to occupy the oil fields and use the revenue to wage its war in Darfur, Blue Nile and eastern Sudan.   Panyang also pointed a finger at SAF for organizing and arming full battalion of mercenaries under the command of Colonel Thomas Thiel Malual and transported them to Nyama at the border with the intention to attack Jau, Pariang, and other oil areas in Unity State.    The spokesman worried of looming war to move to Warrap state for more sabotage and destabilization purposes.    He wondered why Khartoum is committing all these atrocities against South Sudan civilians at the borders.   The SPLA spokesperson added that the objective for Khartoum since its failure to practically accept 1956 borders wanted to draw borders by force and advance beyond areas that are currently within the territory of South Sudan.     The spokesperson hold responsible Sudan of creating a war that will mobilize the northern Sudanese and the counterparts in the Arabs world that it is Islam and Arabism so that no one talks about NCP rules or Arab Spring in Sudan.
Juba charges Khartoum of human and agreement violations by attacking and bombing areas inside South Sudan this month which led to score of death at their side.   Recently, SAF planes bombed South Sudan areas of Unity and Upper Niles states inhabited by civilian population and displaced persons from Nuba Mountains.
On Thursday again SAF bombed Yabus in Upper Nile State bordering Blue Nile state and inhabited by civil population while an Antinov high altitude plane was seen in hostile and aggressive move hovering over Malakal town after the Yabus bombing.    The spokesperson added that Sudan armed forces have deployed a brigade to Buram at the border with Raja, Southern Darfur and another in Buth near Mabaan, Adar in northern Upper Nile with intention to attack and occupy oil areas of Paloich.
